Instructions for use:

1. Connect this PENPLAT electrode pen (plating pen) to the positive pole (red).

2. Wash the plating tip carefully with dimineralised water and immerse it in the plating solution for few minutes.

3. Insert the tip into the pen and start the plating process after adjusted the current.

WARRANTY POLICY:

1. Unless detail of free warranty is stated in product description, warranty is an add-on option for buyer and shall be bought along with the machine or equipment order. Any claim without warranty purchased will not be entertained.

2. Item is only warranted for manufacturing and workmanship defects. This warranty excludes damage or failure resulting from buyer’s abuse, misuse, alteration or unauthorized movement, acts of nature or disaster, unauthorized repair or installation or other defect that does not affect the function. Seller also does not warrant that the operation of products will be uninterrupted or error free or that the products are not vulnerable to fraud or unauthorized use. Technical support for software during the warranty period requires a valid service contract from the seller.

3. All repair work or replacement for warranted products are free of charge at our discretion, provided that customer is responsible for the both transportation charges from buyer to seller and from seller to buyer.

4. Before proceeding for any warranty claim, the customer must contact the seller in advance to verify the status of the product and get approval for the claim.

5. Please keep the original packaging box, related documents and invoice as the reference for warranty purposes. Customers will be responsible for any damage in transit if they fail to use adequate packaging.

6. Warranty period will begin on the receipt date of the parcel as indicated on the courier tracking system. Duration of warranty period is indicated in the invoice provided.
