Return & Refund Policy

1. Please note that we do not accept any exchange and return after orders are made. 

2. We do not bear any lost or damage caused during shipping. 

3. We only allow return & refund if buyer have received incorrect or defective items within 48 hours, starting from the date & time buyer received. We will refer to logistic tracking system for the date & time. Refund will be made after we received the products from buyer and confirmed the condition is fine.  

4. For the case that customer receive incorrect or defective items, kindly send us pictures & video to proceed. 

5. Any used vouchers or promotions for the returned order will not be refund.
