Mixing & Heating Process:
1. Pour in water first and powder later.
2. Mix with the ratio 100 parts powder to 38 parts water.
3. Temperature of water should be around 22°C and stir mix around 4 minutes.
4. Inject mixed investment powder into casting flasks and vacuum for around 2 minutes.
5. Take out the flask and left it for around 1-2 minutes before putting into furnace.
6. Put the casting flask with investment powder mixture into the furnace.
7. Turn on the temperature to start heating up to 270°C for first hour and keep this temperature for next 3 hours.
8. Increase the temperature gradually from 270°C to 730°C in following 2.5 hours.
9. Keep the temperature at 730°C for another 3 hours.
10. Start to cast when temperature decreases to around 630°C.
