Pour in water first and powder later.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2. Mix with the ratio 100 parts powder to 38 parts water.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e3. Temperature of water should be around 22°C and stir mix around 4 minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e4. Inject mixed investment powder into casting flasks and vacuum for around 2 minutes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e5. Take out the flask and left it for around 1-2 minutes before putting into furnace.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e6. Put the casting flask with investment powder mixture into the furnace.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e7. Turn on the temperature to start heating up to 270°C for first hour and keep this temperature for next 3 hours.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e8. Increase the temperature gradually from 270°C to 730°C in following 2.5 hours.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e9. Keep the temperature at 730°C for another 3 hours.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e10.
